thought i would share some photos of the little pups that were born through EGRR...they're getting so big!
don't you love the little puppy looking through the bars...makes me melt into a puddle
(no i did NOT get another dog) so this past saturday the group i volunteer with (EGRR) rescued a pregnant golden retriever...someone had abandoned her and she was taken to a shelter in Port Ludlow...EGRR was contacted and she was transported to the home of one of our volunteers to have her pups...and she had TEN! its really exciting :) Oh how i wish i had room for another pup...
due to maddy's incessant need to chew on everything in my house, we have to keep her in a crate when we leave for work...i feel terrible about it because I would love nothing more than for her to be all smooshed up in jakes fur asleep all day....but we can't....so we keep her in her crate in the living room where the couch is (because that's jake's spot) where they can at least be near each other...but why does her crate have to be so ugly? its too big to drag in and out of the living room everyday, and I HATE looking at it when im on the couch...FINALLY there's a solution....
the only problem is i don't think i could swing the $700 price tag :(
